Since 1957. Promotes and strengthens the field of volunteer administration and the skills of volunteer management professionals through collaboration, support, education, and leadership development. Serves Nine counties of Maryland's Eastern Shore - Eastern Shore Volunteer Network
The Network meets quarterly to provide training & peer collaboration at the Eastern Shore Hospital Center. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of January, April, July and October, 9:30 a.m.-Noon. Network hosts annual training seminar open to volunteer managers from Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.

Serves Prince George's County, Maryland, Southern Maryland, and D.C. - Prince George's Volunteer Coordinators Association (PGVCA)

PGVCA meets the first Wednesday of each month from 2-4 p.m. at Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham.  Speakers from various organizations, and fields address topics relevant to volunteer management.  We also have trainings on relevant topics such as volunteer recruitment, policies and procedures, risk management, volunteer appreciation. Part of the meeting is devoted to a time for sharing concerns and ideas, and questions as well as a brief business meeting following the program.  Annual membership is us $15.00 for an Individual and $20.00 for an agency (up to 3 individuals from that agency can join).
