It is ideal for those seeking experience in the non-profit sector, including relationship management, marketing, and fundraising. This Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting walkers who are passionate about the issue of breast cancer and who are interested in becoming team leaders and fundraise for our Breast Cancer walk in mid-October. Volunteer Services Manager, Lindsay Wildlife Museum
The Volunteer Services Manager is central point person for all Lindsay Wildlife Museum’s organization-wide corps of more than 500 volunteers, which contributes more than 50,000 hours of service annually. This position plays an important and strategic role in managing the organization-wide volunteer program. This position provides oversight, management, and assessment for volunteer programs. The Manager will determine organizational need and capacity for volunteers; develop strategies to recruit, train, and retain volunteers to fill departmental needs; and assure compliance with employment and workplace laws and regulations. The Manager coordinates with individual departments regarding volunteer scheduling, training, and supervision, including conflict resolution and disciplinary protocols..

Agency Training Coordinator
The Agency Training Coordinator will work with the emergency food network throughout Western MA to increase the capacity of Food Bank member agencies to move more food to more people more equitably. The Coordinator will build capacity by planning trainings for member agencies, enabling agencies to access more food through an existing remote depot drop location, and assessing the feasibility of expanding current Food Bank services to include a new depot drop, school pantries, and a senior pantry. This position will be based in Hatfield but will require extensive travel throughout all four counties. Comfort communicating in writing and verbally, experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and use of the internet for research.
