The Arkansas Public Administration Consortium developed and sponsors a nationally recognized Certified Volunteer Manager Program (CVM) designed for administrators, directors, managers, and coordinators of volunteers and volunteer programs.  The DHS Division of Community Service and Nonprofit Support is the cosponsor of the program.

The purpose of the course is to give the participants practical as well as theoretical tools to develop a sustainable volunteer environment, more specifically in relation to organization, recruiting, maintenance and management of volunteers.
