Meetings held on 4th Tuesday of each month (except June, July, Aug and Dec). November meeting is an annual meeting. All meetings begin at 11:45 am for networking, followed by speaker or roundtable discussion at 12 noon. Short business meeting following. Meetings held at Greater Kalamazoo United Way, 709 S. Westnedge Ave., Kalamazoo, MI. Membership: $15/year includes newsletter, reduced price on annual meeting luncheon and Biennial Conference .

The group meets every two months, rotating locations at different member organizations. The meetings include a general information sharing, a discussion topic and also an overview / tour of the host site.
