Congress of Volunteer Administrator Associations (COVAA)  [interim name]

As of initial Congress in December 2006, this body designated a steering committee to form a new professional association for the United States.  Progress reports will be posted to the Web site.

National Association of Volunteer Programs in Local Government (NAVPLG)

NAVPLG focuses exclusively on the unique needs of volunteer programs within the structure of local governments, providing resources and promoting ways in which volunteerism can strengthen local government programs.
