PhilCV or the Philippine Coalition on Volunteerism, Inc. is a consortium of SEC-Registered volunteer-involving organizations (VIOs) in the Philippines. It aims to unify and synergize volunteer organizations and to advocate and influence policy on volunteering for Philippine development.
